Our Service – Lift Supplementary Tests

Regular servicing and inspection of all the lifts under your care is a legal requirement of all maintenance contractors and building owners, as set out by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER). These stipulate that a ‘thorough examination’ must be carried out by a competent person at regular intervals, to evaluate the condition of your equipment and whether it can continue to be used safely. During the examination the inspector may find that additional checks, known as supplementary tests, need to be carried out in order to complete the examination.

Here at Belvidere Lifts, we can take care of this vital process for you. Our highly trained, experienced engineers will undertake any supplementary tests your competent person has specified. Alternatively, we can carry out the full thorough examination procedure including the necessary supplementary tests, making the whole process seamless and efficient from start to finish.
